Sea Pines is the largest gated neighborhood on the Island with 5,200 acres. The median home price stands at $700,000. Oceanfront lot cost has transformed significantly from $10,000 in the year 1960 to today’s cost of $3,000,000.

Sea Pines’ popularity is due in part to the numerous activities designed to appeal to everyone. Combined, the Smith Stearns Tennis Center and South Beach Racquet Club contain 80 tennis courts. Sea Pines also serves as home to Lawton Stables, an equestrian center that offers trail rides and includes a petting zoo. Heritage Farm is also located here where community Farm residents can rent for $35.00 a year to grow vegetables or flowers. Many know of the PGA tour event RBC Heritage presented by Boeing, that is held in April every year. Take in the event to see the top players in today’s golf or enjoy the 4 18 hole golf courses available. Country Club of Sea Pines is a private members only club whereas Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes and Harbour Town Golf Links are open to public play.
